UGLY KIDS

I need someone to explain the "Ugly Kids" billboards i've been seeing around town. I mean those kids aren't even that ugly, well o.k. they are a little. Someone at the office suggested it was a radio station thing. My theory is that it's actually LAMAR advertizing hook to get people to call in to their sales office. What do you think?

Confused by Code

I really wanted to make my Blog prettier, but only succeeded in making it really ugly. I guess i don't understand code, and I'm having problems figuring where stuff is in the code. For Example, how do I change the side bar color, and how do I get rid of the background image in the top of my template. I have sort of just been making random changes and experimenting. Also, where can I add an image in the side bar. I used the help section on Blogger, but obviously it was written by a programming geek who thinks we are all HTML code literate. I bet he looks like this.

I have a room to rent, here is the info and please pass it on.

I am a 30 year old female internet marketing professional. I would like to find a person (male or female) preferably in their late 20's early 30's. I am easy going and moderatly clean. Not a neat freak, but I like things neat and sanitary.
I am not looking for a best friend in a roomate, but just a responsible and courtous person who pays their bills on time.
The apartment is very cool, modern, and has the best view in the city. It is right on the water, and faces the high level bridge. It is in a very trendy part of dowtnown with 3 restraunts and a bar on the premises. It is in a safe neighbohood (next to Owens Corning) with parking. It has a door person 6 nights a week, and a secure keyless entry lock system. Exposed brick and ventilation, beautiful built ins in the kitchen, open living spaces with 12 foot ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows. The available bedroom is huge with large window and large closet and 12 foot ceilings and is carpeted. There is a bed in the room already, but it can be taken out if need be. The room has a phone jack, and cable.

The apt is on two levels. Level one has enormous living room with internet and cable TV. Spacious kitchen with dishwasher, and new appliances. Beautiful honey colored hardwood floors. The kitchen, hallway, and batroom are tiled. Amazing views of the river, downtown, and the high level bridge. It is fully furnished in a modern minimalist style. There is a small half bathroom on this floor, as well as plenty of cupboard space and a large storage closet. Second level has two bedrooms, laundry room with brand new washer and dryer, a large linen closet, and a bathroom. The bathroom has a seperated room for the shower/ tub and toilet. There is plenty of space for storage in the sink room.

The apartment is $850 (No Deposit!) ($425 per person) + utilities ( gas, electric, internet/ cable) There is $50 key deposit for the card key entry system.
It is available NOW!.
This is the best apartment in Toledo hands down, and at an incredible price. I want to find someone who is willing to stay at least 6 months or more. No Lease required!!!

Hanging On

Last night I went to Avenue Bistro with Lori. I had my favorite martini, well o.k. I had a few. I woke up at the crack of 10:30 this morning and wondered into work 2 hours late. No shower, slight hangover, and no makeup. Yuck, I feel gross.

Bad Night, Even Worse Morning

As if breaking up with my boyfriend last night wasen't bad enough. I woke up this morning and couldn't understand why I was sweating like a pig. I figured I had literally made myself sick from all the crying and yelling, until I opend my bedroom door.
It was UN FREAKIN BELIEVABLY COLD! In my t- shirt only, I ran downstairs. My window in the livingroom literally fell completly out of the frame in the middle of the night ( I guess). My Thermometer said it was 47 degrees in my apt. The thermostat is in there so the heater was running full throttle. Can't wait to see what Toledo Edison has in store for me this month.
