so frustrated

I have never in my life been so frustrated by work. I want to kill the lovely people at Network Solutions. I have now dedicated nearly 2 weeks tring to change our company's domain and hosting from one company to theirs. I feel like I'm going crazy with back and forth emails, calls, faxes and on and on. A word of advise. keep a domain comapny use them for your hosting, and for your domain name purchases, and don't switch. Use only 1 user name and password, and make sure that the contact for the account is YOU and only YOU. If you want any advise on the matter, I will help you, under the condition that you don't ask me for at least a week from today so that I may recover fully.
